Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Eve’s Glam. We value your trust and are committed to ensuring that you are completely satisfied with every purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and unworn.

  • The item is returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item is in its original packaging with tags attached.

  • You have valid proof of purchase (receipt, email, or order number).

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Lingerie and underwear

  • Swimwear and bodysuits

  • Earrings and other personal accessories

  • Discounted or clearance items (unless defective)


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@evesglam.co.ke within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and photos (if the item is defective or incorrect).

  3. Our support team will review your request and guide you on how to proceed.

Returns must be sent to our address at:
Eve’s Glam, Greenspan Mall, Donholm, Nairobi, Kenya.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or defective product).

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service when returning your package.


4. Exchanges

We allow exchanges for:

  • Incorrect sizes

  • Wrong items sent

  • Defective products

If your preferred replacement is unavailable, we will issue store credit or a refund instead.


5. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email or SMS.
If your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method or via store credit.

  • Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your payment provider.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Items returned after the 7-day window

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse

  • Returns without proof of purchase


6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@evesglam.co.ke with your order number and supporting photos.
We will replace or refund the product at no additional cost to you.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank or mobile money account again.

  2. Contact your payment provider — processing times vary.

  3. If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, reach us at support@evesglam.co.ke.
