You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched. Eve’s Glam is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

• The item is returned within 7 days of delivery.
• The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached.
• Proof of purchase is provided.

Items such as lingerie, swimwear, and earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

To initiate a return, contact us at support@evesglam.co.ke . Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.
